Avantages
The pay was solid and the management team was strong with well defined goals and objectives that were pretty regularly outlined.
Inconvénients
There were precious few opportunities for promotion, particularly if you weren't working out of the HQ in Bellevue. A few of the middle managers lacked the vision portrayed by executive leadership.
