      Avantages

      - Extremely Flexable (all you need to do is make sure you get your work done) - Employees are wonderful - Busy season hours are typically under 60 - Half day Fridays during majority of the summer - Benefits are good

      Inconvénients

      - Small firm so not paying very well - Can feel like there are cliques in office - Force CPA down your throat and incorporate it into your performance evaluation - Internal communication needs improvement

      Avantages

      You get audit experience which is supposedly worth it?

      Inconvénients

      Excessive travel, non stop busy hours, no mentoring or teaching, every client is over budget because the partners don’t allocate enough time.
