Avantages
Lower tier employees are friendly and are happy to help out where needed. If you're going into Customer Service, you'll be well-treated and taken care - just do your job and be a team player.
Inconvénients
Outside of customer service - admin staff are treated very poorly - basically like children. The rest of the departments get multiple bonuses over the busy season - admin staff, not a one.
Blatant favoritism towards employees who flagrantly flout office policy - completely biased application of said policies.
HR couldn't be more unprofessional.
At best you will be treated like a child while expected to take on way more duties than you are being paid for - with no overtime allowed until you are literally drowning. At worst, you will be frequently mistreated with no one to go to, to correct the problem, because management is buddy buddy with HR. Basically, just run.
