Really great work environment. Everyone is very supportive and friendly, it really feels like a family. Awesome healthy snacks and drinks and gym opportunities.

While there are opportunities to gain more income it would be awesome if the base pay was higher, there's a lot of work that happens in a day.

Terrible Leadership. All leaders need professional management training. No real HR person, no one on the premises. They burn and churn and do not care about the employees. It's a sweat shop with very low pay. Commission is NOT paid unless you achieve a quota. The company should always pay some kind of commission for any sales achieved. This is a highly unethical company. There are lots of promises broken and lots of lies. Terrible training and no support. Leadership is very immature. One minute he says he will support you and the next he gets angry when you ask for support. A lot of the employees treat other employees badly and leadership encourages and rewards bad behavior. There is lots of turnover, pay is too low and there is very low moral. This company have a terrible reputation in Austin. It is very interesting that they want top sales people but they don't want to pay them what they are worth. The commissions are way to low. You are never recognized for having a great work ethic, doing a great job or meeting quotas. It's a very negative work environment. The support team doesn't get along with the sales team because it's manager is depressed and very mean.
