My recruiter, Karla was honest and quick to answer any questions. She checked in often to inquire about the job placement and was always encouraging. The benefits for a full-time placement were surprisingly good along with option of 401K.

As with any temp agency, no vacation benefits and apparently working as a temp did not parlay into a job-to-hire opportunity with the employer taking on a new contractor.

None that come to mind. It's incredible that there is not one thing that I can list as a pro, and I consider myself an conservative realist

Poor communication, culture, management & interactions with staff. Save for one person I interacted with regularly the entire 2 year stint just got worse & worse over time
