      Avantages

      You can work remotely but he is strongly against it.

      Inconvénients

      The commission is questionable. He felt like he had to prove all the time someone getting paid something. Covid hit and he lied to all of us saying we couldn't get unemployment.

      Avantages

      As a full-time mom, the flexibility of working here is unbeatable. I have the freedom to set my own schedule, which makes it so much easier to balance everything. Since it's a 1099 position, the effort I put in directly impacts what I get out of it.

      Inconvénients

      It's a numbers game - sometimes it takes longer than others to sell a bag.

      Avantages

      Management is very helpful and supportive, always there to help in any way that they can. Being and Independent Contractor allows you the flexibility that some people need. I go into the office and sometimes I work from home.
