Perspective commerciale
Avantages
As a student, there is great flexibility, and you get to help other students. This leaves you with a "feel-good" attitude, most of the time. I've rarely had any negative encounters with customers, and full-time Rutgers employees in my departments have always been prepared to offer me solid and sound advice.
Inconvénients
Can be difficult to make overall career advancement. Difficult to learn from your peers, as they are the same as you in many ways. For the lowest level positions as a student, the pay is appropriate, but as you accept more responsibility, compensation does not scale up as well.
