      Avantages

      Good Employee Benefits, Paid for NJ PTC Certification

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, hire turnover. Very PC department, School Administration holds back officers from actually doing their job. Working in high crime areas i.e Newark, Camden and New Brunswick while having your hands tied is also fun.

      Avantages

      co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.

      Inconvénients

      Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
