      Avantages

      - Travel - Meet new people and experience new cultures - assist people in need - visit amazing location - 6 weeks vacation - company covers costs while abroad

      Inconvénients

      - You only travel to one location, over and over again - low pay - expected to work without days off during summer period - expected to travel through the states in hotels that cost under $80 a night and with no daily stipend - expected to work weekends during sales season - no response from owner of company -horrible hr department

      Avantages

      I built great friendships with people at Rustic Pathways. There are always people and teams you can get along with and have a good work/life balance. Fun to travel with your friends at work. Great fast paced culture. People care a lot about our students and our impact

      Inconvénients

      Base salary was low when I started, but its getting better now.

      Avantages

      Everyone works together, made lifelong friends from this job. Really cool work perks, lots of awesome travel. Felt inspired every day. Had awesome leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is low, but they made up for it with the most fun job ever, making real impact on students, and great colleagues and lots of travel to unique places.
