      Avantages

      - travel - co-workers, the other people who work for this company are amazing and so passionate - working with students - perks, they really take care of you and you get to work remote - they give you a lot of autonomy to do what you believe is best

      Inconvénients

      - it can be a lot of personal responsibility - sometimes working remote and traveling can be lonely - it is a sales job, so there is always the rejection that come along with that - not the highest pay, but there are other perks

      Avantages

      I built great friendships with people at Rustic Pathways. There are always people and teams you can get along with and have a good work/life balance. Fun to travel with your friends at work. Great fast paced culture. People care a lot about our students and our impact

      Inconvénients

      Base salary was low when I started, but its getting better now.

      Avantages

      Everyone works together, made lifelong friends from this job. Really cool work perks, lots of awesome travel. Felt inspired every day. Had awesome leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is low, but they made up for it with the most fun job ever, making real impact on students, and great colleagues and lots of travel to unique places.
