      Avantages

      Benefits are fantastic. Hours are good. Most of the people there were nice and easy to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Training was poor. President didn't seem to care one bit about his employees.feels like you are just a number.

      Thank you for the comment and we will work on this going forward. Both of the owners work full time in the business and our doors are always open to all of our employees. We encourage all of our employees to engage with their supervisors and management. It is never ok to consider an employee as just a number and replaceable.

      The day to day is great. Lots of freedom and bandwidth to complete projects as you see fit

      The company personal is spread out. Not lots of young people Traveling
