      Colleagues are Supportive & Salary on time. No PF deduction & PT gets deducted. Traveling within the city.

      Inconvénients

      Abusive work culture, No work life balance, HOD doesn't have ethics & is unprofessional. HR not supportive, Traveling allowances is not paid. Site office politics & partiality. New joiners are mistreated.

      Avantages

      Good platform to gain market knowledge and build a long-term career in the industry. There is clarity regarding the responsibilities and the targets are achievable. We get to learn a lot by doing here. Seniors also motivate us. They regularly share feedback and suggestions that can help you improve fast in a short time.

      Inconvénients

      Leaves are not very easy to get during crucial project timelines.
