      Avantages

      Great tips, get to be outside during the summer, great for networking for my full time job.

      Inconvénients

      Some days are very slow and you don't make a lot of money, but some girls quit at this time and leave the rest of the staff to have to work doubles and 12 hour shifts.

      Golf outings and weddings make a ton of money. Working outside is a bonus

      Turn over on management side is so high nothing ever lasts more than 2 seasons
