Avantages

- Excellent technical exposure — got hands-on with modern QA automation frameworks (WebDriverIO, PactumJS) and CI/CD practices. - Opportunity to build things from scratch and take complete ownership of test frameworks across web, mobile, and API layers. - Fast-paced environment that pushed me to sharpen problem-solving skills and adapt quickly under pressure. - Learned to work with high attention to detail since mistakes were not tolerated — this helped build rigor and discipline in testing. - Direct exposure to senior leadership decisions gave insight into how priorities shift in a scaling startup.

Inconvénients

- Work culture was often stressful — mistakes were not tolerated. - Seniors put disproportionate pressure on juniors, creating an environment where learning felt secondary to meeting unrealistic expectations. - Lack of true team culture — collaboration took a backseat to top-down directives, which affected morale and growth. - Frequent restructuring and org downsizing (from ~150 to ~50 employees) created uncertainty and impacted stability.

Avantages

Amazing team that comes from within the industry. The company is hitting its stride and beginning to knock it out f the park. With the advancements that are being made within the company we are expecting a wild 2025.

Inconvénients

Crowded market. Within CDP and Data you need to really differentiate yourself. Which lucky for us we have been able to.
