      Avantages

      Discounts on clothing, free food Friday, Coachella weekend off (weird, but ok)

      Inconvénients

      Business is ran by a bunch of High School friends. They make the rules but do not follow through with them or are punished for them (Like the newer employees are). No sick days without doctors note. No talking in warehouse, unless you are from the circle of friends, or you will be written up. Rude demeaning supervisors (and it's weird to be talked down to someone who might be younger than yourself) When the warehouse changed locations, the warehouse workers were forced to move everything over their usually free-of-work weekends.

      Avantages

      Laid back environment, discount, friendly co-workers, not a lot of overtime required

      Inconvénients

      There is no structure at this company, and no stability. Major business decisions are made by amateurs with little to no experience. Most of upper management is either a family member or a close friend, so if you get hired on from the outside you will definitely feel out of place. Some managers have been with the company for so long they cannot embrace change, they fight it and continue to make the same mistakes over and over. The owners let certain managers with lack of experience "run" the company for them and nothing gets approved. Opinions (creative and analytical) are constantly shut down, or overlooked as a "bad business decision."
