      Avantages

      Great workplace environment. Very welcoming feel to the company. Manager's were all very helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Work tends to come in waves depending on the department, others seem to have been working continuously whereas others were seeking out other work frequently.

      Avantages

      Good company to work for if you're new to the automation industry. RBT is leading in data center control system integration and has great opportunities for development.

      Inconvénients

      Company anticipates employees to travel to demanding sites in the data center sector, thus if you request to stay locally, there may be concerns and it could affect your ability to move up (either the technical route or management).
