Avantages
Upper management is upbeat and always willing to roll up their sleeves to help even with the "lowest" of tasks, yet is generous with their support and trust in capable but perhaps less experienced employees. The culture that's been created by the foundation of great leadership only produces more great leaders and I firmly believe that is why this subsidiary has seen such tremendous growth not just in the past several years, but even through the last year of "uncertain times". The office is convenient to Atlanta and the international airport but that isn't as important during this season. They have been extremely supportive in the recent transition of most of their employees to a work-from-home environment and made sure that people not only had whatever equipment they needed to take care of their responsibilities but also launched programs to make sure that communication and connection was maintained.
