      Great pay, great people, and interesting work!! I love working at Roux, there is so much room for growth. I learn something new everyday and I truly enjoy what I do.

      Avantages

      Easy to learn and do field work but when you get into the office have to hunt for billable work. Depending on the job will get a good amount of OSHA trainings

      Inconvénients

      Pay- expected to work over 40 with a "bonus" that is not equivalent to hours work Company trucks need replaced Always hunting for billable work Come in on weekends to prep for Monday work Location of office in very far south NJ Management will not give you the time needed to meet and discuss goals or issues and surprise things at you. 95% of sites are in NNJ.
