They encourage collaboration and are exceptional in taking feedback and keep improving. A startup with right attitude. The current process is robust and solid. Product team feels motivated and supported. Business model is also very promising and has a lot of potential for leading the industry. Definitely a plus if you want to be a part of something great. Leadership team at Routific really cares about your career/personal growth and strives to help you be happy in and out of the office. Very genuine group of people with various sets of skills that compliments each other. Keep up the great work!

Nothing major I can think of. One thing is if you are used to annual reviews with compensation negotiation, there isn't so much at Routific yet. But, they are working on it.
