      -The management truly values the input of each employee -Employees have a sense of team-work and shared vision

      Inconvénients

      -Heavy workload, most employees are doing the work of 2 or more employees. Only people who want to make an impact and enjoy challenging work last here.

      Nothing to write good about company

      Inconvénients

      Very hot and dirty place. Very strict on cell phone usage. Had phone out showing a picture and almost got my head torn off
