Avantages
It is a good place to progress in the helicopter industry. It pays well. They teach what you need to know in a short time but effectively. Not overly done but well balanced. I like the fact that I am flying in the gulf. It is a great experience to move forward in your career and to learn professionalism. They fly contracts for a very wide variety of companies so it will help you as a pilot to experience new people and new areas and new challenges. It's not easy to fly here in the Gulf but all in all will help you as a pilot.
Inconvénients
They don't have the best and brand new aircraft. But they do provide you with enough to make it. They are small right now and but rapidly growing. They have a lot of contracts so they really want someone to work a lot of overtime if they can. Which can go either way depending on what the pilot wants. Some of the equipment is old and doesn't work properly but it does do the job. There is only one way to contact the workers on the platform which in turn can be a bit much for the pilot to handle everything.
