      Avantages

      This company really lives their Mission, Vision, and Values. I have worked for a couple of other staffing agencies in the past as a temporary and an employee, and I am very proud to work for a company with good-old-fashion morals and ethics like Roth Staffing. It drives me to strive and contribute my equal share, be engaged which eventually leads me to be very successful.

      Avantages

      There is a great culture and the team is always willing to work with one another. People are kind, hard working, easy to get along with.

      Inconvénients

      Feeling stagnant even after voicing the desire to the next step. There’s no bonuses for experience coordinators, and no yearly increase.
