      Working at Roth Staffing allows my passion for people and business development to work together! I feel very valued and appreciated in my role as a leader! I have a tremendous level of respect for the leadership of this organization.

      Inconvénients

      The only area of mention to consider is PTO time versus vacation and sick time.

      Avantages

      There is a great culture and the team is always willing to work with one another. People are kind, hard working, easy to get along with.

      Inconvénients

      Feeling stagnant even after voicing the desire to the next step. There’s no bonuses for experience coordinators, and no yearly increase.
