A response will only be posted in the pro section as I will not hide behind a post. As the person referenced in this post I strongly disagree with the idea of RPM being anything but accepting of all race, creed, color or gender affiliation. The post suggesting otherwise is in no way a reflection of the environment of which our employees thrive. We maintain a reputation as a fair and honorable organization with the average length of service well over 10 years. Let me further state there was never a policy nor will there be, hence no acknowledgement necessary, banning the use of Non-English languages. To assert racial discrimination is nothing short of an effort capitalize on a real social issue, therefore minimizing the true cases of such. Lastly, the post of reference was written by a former temporary employee, who at one time refused full time employment (temp employee had plans of relocating) at a wage and benefit package far exceeding that of their temporary package.
