      Avantages

      Excelent compensation and supervisors as well as the ability for pay increases and management is very open about the situation of the company. Also offers a good profit sharing plan.

      Inconvénients

      Time off is limited and compensation is not very good at the start. Also, management doesn't always listen to the lower level of employees.
