Avantages
Great Coworkers----I don't know if it is the general unhappiness, but the bond and camaraderie between coworkers is strong. -hours are fine -summer fridays It is an ok place for a first (temporary) job or if you are unemployed and desperate and in need.
Inconvénients
From what I have experienced, this place will never value its employees to their true worth. They hire very experienced people who are desperate for a job so they can underpay them....BY LARGE AMOUNTS. After 10 years of experience, I was paid 10K less at Rosen than I was at my VERY FIRST job in the same field. It is insulting. It is demoralizing. It breeds anger, mistrust, and ultimately a very strong drive......to leave as quickly as possible.
