      Avantages

      I got to do it all at RBL, the younger label. Learned the runnings of a small/mid size RTW company. I had the best designer, Bee, mentoring me.

      Inconvénients

      The people who called the shots did not understand fashion so it was sometimes hard convincing them about expertise. Some office politics.

      Work closely together and the designer herself is very nice and welcoming

      Still a growing company, so smaller scale so far
