Avantages

Small company, good atmosphere, helped me grow a lot, I learned a lot of cardboard properties. I learned how to keep in touch with clients etc

Inconvénients

The owner had not much time because it is a fairly new company. There were no other consequences besides that the owner was really busy.

The family owned values of the Roper family stayed on through Ropak. A great body of knowledge within the company.

Private Equity ownership changed the company.

Avantages

Relaxed work environment. Flexible with vacation and personal time.

Inconvénients

Business is up and down. Small company so the pay is a little under the average for industry so you really make it in overtime when you can get it
