      Avantages

      Team, cfo and fellow coworkers amazing! I’ve learned so much from my fellows peers! The cfo and head therapist were the best ppl to learn from. They truly should run this company.

      Inconvénients

      The cons of this work place was due to president and 1 other board member. President was very narcissistic and power hungry. He inflicts fear to get you to do what you want, no boundaries.

      Avantages

      I have worked a lot of places in my professional career, and Roots is by far the best place I've ever worked. Love the family-like environment and culture in the workplace. Most importantly, everyone truly cares about seeing people get better, and has the best interest of our patients at heart. Highly recommend working at Roots!

      Avantages

      - Clients are awesome sauce! - Non management employees are kind and generous with their knowledge and time.

      Inconvénients

      - Management (upper, I assume) is super shady. They treat their business as a fiefdom. As a result, rules and policies are not consistent for all employees. Procedures focus on profit over client results. Every intake is out of ethical procedural sequence. Informed consent for treatment takes place last and not first.
