Avantages
I’ve worked here many years in different roles and Roots has been an excellent throughout. They prioritize taking care of employees and have benefits far ahead of similar size restaurants (free meals, vacation, sick leave, mat/pat leave, health insurance, 401k, and profit shares). We hire great people that are a joy to be around.
Inconvénients
Roots is small but browning. Growing companies always have some growing pains, and more changes than you’ll find at a big established corporation. I’d argue there are far more pros than cons.
