      Avantages

      - The company has an interesting product - The tech stack is very refreshing and up to date

      Inconvénients

      - They are putting you up on a trial full of expectations but they actually just want someone to put a lot of additional hours to deliver features as a contractor and paying a very low salary. - They don't provide any onboarding or context to new engineers and expect them to deliver features at a pace that is simply impossible even for the engineers most familiar with the codebase. - Meetings are very toxic where people laugh from technical challenges faced by others and simply don't give a damn about anyone.

      Avantages

      I feel like I'm part of a close-knit team. Everyone is eager to support one another, and it creates a fantastic synergy - even when working remote. The management is open about company goals, progress, and challenges. This transparency fosters trust and helps me understand my role in the bigger picture.

      Inconvénients

      Things change rapidly. While this can be exciting, it also requires an adaptable mindset to navigate the constant evolution.
