There's so many negatives, where to start? Forced stretching led by unqualified people and "calisthenics" each morning even in bitter cold on rocky , icy, uneven ground, the trucks and gear are all in poor condition, the confusion is unreal, there's no planning for each day, there's not enough work to get 40 hours a week, there's days off given that easily could have been worked, one day you'll hear to stay home or go home early when it's 35 degrees outside, the next day it's 12 degrees and you go to work, there's no continuity, requests for simple items to make the work more efficient were ignored which led to injuries, people have been terminated when asking to file workers comp after sustaining an injury, I personally know of 2. There is constant "spying" on employees by way of tattlers in the trucks . This is an awful place to work. If you are truly a green industry professional, don't waste your time working here, There are some great companies out there and this is not one of them. It's the worst job I've had in many years.
