      Avantages

      Personal growth is the greatest strength. People are easy to work with and is not a hostile environment to work in.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover rate, the company is financially unstable. Communication needs to be improved between management and the floor. Still though it isn't a bad company to work for.

      Clean, organized, plenty of work.

      Inconvénients

      Reaction injection requires the opp to remove the parts from the molds manually. Pulling parts all day makes you very sore trying to make rates that are set.. add on top of thatoperator dose all the triming ..
