      Avantages

      -Pay was great and on the high end for school bus drivers -Plenty of time off in the middle of the day unless driving a noon run for groceries, a second job, just relaxing, etc. -Supervisor was friendly and cared about her employees -Training was very thorough

      Inconvénients

      -Some routes were tricky to drive safely -No monitors provided, so difficult to manage kids on the bus while driving -Driving on dirt roads in the winter is not fun
