      Avantages

      The team environment is exceptional and very supportive. Rome is a very well run company that understands the balance between being a hard working person but also building a connective culture. There are also many roles at Rome that you can fill based upon your skill set. I have been a part of the team for almost 6 months now after having no prior experience in the Brokerage industry, and they have given me every single tool to drive to be successful
