If you are not one of the "cool kids" (the IN clique) you will never get anywhere in the company. In general, consultants don't get promoted, managers do - there are LOTS of layers of management in this small to mid-sized company The company is bleeding good talent faster than they can attract good talent It is very telling that when people leave, even after 10 or more years of service, they are not thanked nor acknowledged publicly. The departure is kept hush-hush - but everyone eventually finds out anyway. Management emphasis is on sales with little regard for quality or consistency of delivery - this may be a result of the Indian ownership. The business goals seem to be set capriciously. This model is not sustainable - they will be out of business within 2-5 years.
