Avantages
They pay wages on time. Ot also pay. Food at canteen also very cheap because got subsidy.
Inconvénients
The factory area always flood when heavy rain, not flexible working hour, higher management are Japanese so they very strict about time management and working environment are not joyful, stress only, could be very boring for some people, between department not very friendly. You basically work from sunrise till sunset. micro management
