      Avantages

      - Very friendly and non-hierarchical team and work environment - Projects in various sectors, was able to gain exposure to diverse industries - Significant responsibility from the getgo - Small team - can easily get to know everyone throughout the programme - Worked with different people and project teams throughout the internship - Participation on all client calls, even as as an intern - Direct interaction with upper management, even as an intern

      Inconvénients

      - Limited access to data sources/platforms - Gap in middle-management positions (i.e. employees with 5-8 years of experience)

      Avantages

      Collaborative and ambitious work. It is a good choice as the first job.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure's job and better to have good control of pressure.

      Good culture Great mix of work (lots of strategy / interesting projects) Good opportunity

      Inconvénients

      Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
