Nothing firm specific, just general consulting problem of not knowing what your next project will be and occasional long hours

High pressure's job and better to have good control of pressure.

Good culture Great mix of work (lots of strategy / interesting projects) Good opportunity

Inconvénients

Promotion cycle can be slower than some peer companies (RB does not have a strong up or out model, which helps some people and hurts others)
