- Amazing perks such as free lunches, travel / relocation opportunities, wellness, fun social events, l&d etc - Incredibly supportive and flexible with personal situations and arrangements - Great place to develop your career, I was lucky to have amazing mentors in my time at Rokt - Hard to find a perfect organisation out there but where there are areas of improvement, Rokt always tries to place employees first, to listen and to act on feedback given - Surrounded by fun, smart and talented peers and colleagues - A company that always strives to be better with strong vision and leadership

It’s also very rewarding to hear that you have had amazing mentors that have supported you on your Rokt journey, and that you’ve been able to develop your career noting the average time between promotions at Rokt is 12 months! We are listening to the feedback regarding work life balance. Our Time off and Time Together initiatives are a direct response to this - our company-wide days off are intended to support our Rokt’stars in disconnecting from work and reconnecting with life, so we hope this has helped you to a degree, in finding the balance.

Avantages

The paycheck was on time. The infrastructure didn't get in my way technically.

Inconvénients

•Ideas I brought up in meetings were routinely dismissed, only to see the exact same ideas approved weeks later when repeated by someone within the inner circle. •Meaningful projects consistently went to those already tied into the right connections, and it was clear capability had little to do with it. •Real mentorship and guidance existed, but it happened in closed conversations I was never part of, while others received constant support from senior engineers. •Key decisions were made in small informal groups, and I would only learn about them after everything had already been decided. •I was repeatedly assigned lower visibility infrastructure work while others were given opportunities to grow through impactful projects.
