Stuffy and intrusive environment - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Rodgers Builders

There is a definite 'boys club' mentality at Rodgers. It is common knowledge that if an employee complains about management or the way they are treated by management then their job is in jeopardy. I left this company due to all of these reasons. The people can be very intrusive and fake with their employees. The benefits do not out weight the amount of stress that is present every day within the office environment.
