Inconvénients
You are constantly being micromanaged, you have a 9-6 schedule while making practically minimum wage. Management is constantly looking to blame you if they do something wrong and they DON'T give clear direction. You constantly have multiple projects to manage, but sometimes the AE won't even be transparent with projects. For example, while I was there, I was working on a big project but at times, the AE or management wouldn't even communicate with you changes we would be making to creative. A few hours later, they would ask why this hasn't been changed or why you didn't edit something... um, it's because you never told me to?
It's awful and you're just looking for when you can go home. There's huge turnover in the accounts side of things.
