      Avantages

      They are very flexible with balancing family and work life. Very friendly employees and the immediate supervisors seem to be willing to listen and try to accomodate your needs

      Inconvénients

      Lack of employee accountability , especially in upper management roles. Most staff has been here for over 10 years and are not open to change
