      Very nice coworkers and casual environment. Good benefits. Good work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      A little unorganized and lacking communication sometimes. Need to take initiative to see changes occasionally. Not that great of pay.

      Avantages

      I have had a good experience working for RPS for 11 years. I have a supportive administrator, flexibility, and the opportunity to be creative.

      Inconvénients

      Once you get to a certain point on the union pay scale, you can barely earn cost of living increases. There are very limited opportunities to move up.
