      Avantages

      Rochester Motor Cars is a great place to work, great pay, and great benefits.

      Inconvénients

      The only down to it is the PTO allowance, and some managers do not care for growth within the company in certain departments.

      Avantages

      Most coworkers and some leadership are extremely nice to work with. Shop environment is pretty fluid considering the rate of flow. Hours are standard compared to other shops. Pay incentive when exceeding standard flat rate hours. Assigned bays, no moving your toolbox all day.

      Inconvénients

      Base pay/Pay scale was not able provide more incentive than the experience gained. Some leadership cliques made it difficult to resolve work related issues. Plans for career training were inconsistent.
