      Nepotism Terrible leadership from the top down and the CEO is disgustingly overpaid The properties are not great or even safe in some cases. Lack of PPE and no regard for safety.

      Avantages

      I got to learn tons of new skills in landscaping and maintenance and I'm grateful for the chances the company gives you to succeed.

      Inconvénients

      The headquarters administration can move slow, but each complex I worked with was at least fairly efficient and responsive.

      Avantages

      When I was there, the pay was fair for the workload. Overall I would say it is a good job for people working for seasonal work. Life me back in the summer of 2022.

      Inconvénients

      I can't say anything about the company long term, so take this with a grain of salt.
