Avantages
Really enjoyed working with the other nursing staff. They became like family after so long and really worked well together during my time there. Would’ve loved to work with staff forever but needed a job closer to home in a different field. Really miss the whole crew at RCH!
Inconvénients
A previous DON was hired on and treated very poorly. Most nursing staff did not have good things to say. Luckily she didn’t stay very long. The nursing staff there deserve to be supported and lead by one of their own, not a purse string pulling micromanager who portrays that they’re above bedside nurses/mid management nurses and lack of trust towards her staff.
