      Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. We are aware that our organisation is currently going through many changes. This is mainly due to the fact that the outside world is also changing very quickly and we need to structure ourselves in such a way that we can react quickly and flexibly. This change is also reflected in our management – the hierarchy as we know it will change significantly, while self-determination will become more important.       The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
