Avantages
People that work at Roche are proud to say that they work for the company. There is a sense of a family feeling here as employees seem to truly care about each other and the positive impact we have on the society.
Inconvénients
As in many other companies that are doing well - there is a certain resistance to change. Things seem 'perfect' on the outside but when you look closer you see that there are some things that need to improve.
