      Can’t think of any pros.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible management and rotten culture of complacence and sociopathic C-suite. Not a place for a top performers or someone who likes to do good quality work. Team collaboration is non-existent, with each group trying to get more resources and projects from other groups . The current pipeline says it all!

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Inconvénients

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
